No-knead bread

No-knead bread in cast iron dutch oven INGREDIENTS: 500g all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp active yeast 1 tsp salt 1 tsp sugar 1 3/4 cup cold water 3.75Qt cast iron dutch oven INSTRUCTIONS: Mix flour, yeast, salt, and sugar in a large container; Add water to flour mix, stir to mix; Cover the container and let it rise for 24 hours; Generously flour working surface, turn the bread dough onto it, sprinkle with flour, fold gently; Line a big bowl with parchment paper, and transfer the bread dough into it, cover; Put cast iron dutch oven with lid to the center of the oven, preheat to 450F; Sprinkle a bit flour on bread dough for a rustic look; Transfer bread dough with parchment paper to the dutch oven, cover with lid, return to oven, and bake for 60 mins; Remove the lid, and reduce temperature to 400F, and bake another 10 - 15 mins; Bread is done when it sounds hollow as you tapping the bottom; transfer to wire rack and let it cool down completely before slicin
