Banana Walnut Muffin

This classic muffin has a healthy cut on sugar and butter!

Ingredients:

1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup sugar
2 egg
3 banana
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp soda
2 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and sugar in a large bowl; add eggs and vanilla, mix well;
  2. Smash banana in a bowl, add it to the large bowl;
  3. Mix flour, salt, baking powder, and soda in a small bowl;
  4. Alternate flour mixture and milk into the large bowl; don't over mix. Add walnut.
  5. Bake at 400F for 18 minutes, makes 12.




原料:


1/3杯 黄油
1/3杯 白糖
2 个鸡蛋
3 个香蕉
1 茶勺 香草精
1 茶勺 盐
1 茶勺 泡打粉
1/2 茶勺 苏打
2 杯 面粉
1/2 杯牛奶
1/2 杯核桃粒

做法:


1. 大容器里混合黄油和白糖, 加入鸡蛋和香草,搅拌均匀;
2. 香蕉压烂,加入大容器里;
3. 小容器里混合面粉,盐,泡打粉,苏打;
4. 把干料和牛奶轮流加入湿料里,搅拌到刚好均匀; 加入核桃;
5. 做12个muffins, 烤箱开到400华氏, 烤18分钟。
