Banana Bread
The yogurt makes all the difference, so healthy and moist.
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
100g vanilla yogurt
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 egg
4 medium sized overripe banana
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt.
- In a separate bowl, hand mix egg, yogurt, and brown sugar, stir in mashed bananas.
- Stir banana mixture into flour mixture; stir just to moisten.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan, spread evenly.
- Sprinkle a handful of chopped walnut on top.
- Bake in preheated oven for 60 to 65 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean.
- Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack.

1/3杯 红糖

4个 中等大小的熟香蕉
步骤:

- 取出面包,冷却10分钟,然后拿出来放到烤网上完全冷却。
