Banana Bread



The yogurt makes all the difference, so healthy and moist.

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
100g vanilla yogurt
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 egg
4 medium sized overripe banana 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  2.  In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. 
  3. In a separate bowl, hand mix egg, yogurt, and brown sugar, stir in mashed bananas. 
  4. Stir banana mixture into flour mixture; stir just to moisten. 
  5. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan, spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle a handful of chopped walnut on top.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 60 to 65 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean. 
  8. Let bread cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack.
配料:

1/4茶匙  盐
100克     香草酸奶
1/3杯      红糖
1个         鸡蛋
4个         中等大小的熟香蕉

步骤:
  1. 将烤箱预热至350华氏度(175摄氏度)。9x5英寸的面包盘涂油或者铺烤纸。
  2. 在一个大碗里,将面粉、小苏打、盐混合。
  3. 在一个小碗里,手工混合鸡蛋、酸奶、红糖、捣碎的香蕉。
  4. 将香蕉混合物倒入面粉混合物; 轻轻搅拌均匀。
  5. 将面糊倒入准备好的面包盘中,抹平。
  6. 在上面撒上一把切碎的核桃。
  7. 在预热的烤箱中烘烤60至65分钟,直到插入面包中心的牙签取出是干净的。
  8. 取出面包,冷却10分钟,然后拿出来放到烤网上完全冷却。
