Cast Iron Pot with Tilapia

铸铁锅烧鱼


买鱼,打理干净,加料酒、盐、姜丝腌制10分钟;
铸铁锅加热,倒入一点点油,将鱼放入锅中,加盖,转小火;


20分钟后,鱼完全煮熟,肉嫩汁多;


另起油锅,加入郫县豆瓣、姜丝、蒜泥、葱白炒香;
待鱼煮熟后浇到鱼身上,勾芡收汁,端上桌。
