葱姜炒龙虾

葱姜炒龙虾


1. 龙虾尾洗净,剪去那些毛糊糊的小脚,顺着一分为二,再横着切成小段;


2. 加料酒、一点点盐、菱粉拌匀;(下图切圈儿的,不好吃到嘴里)


3. 姜切片,葱切段,蚝油+海鲜酱+菱粉+水调和;
4. 炒锅烧热加油,炒香姜片和葱白,加入龙虾段翻炒,加入少许开水和剩余姜片葱段,加盖焖煮几分钟;
5. 加入蚝油调料水勾芡,起锅装盘。
