Roasted salty almonds
盐烤杏仁 INGREDIENTS: almonds. 350g water 250ml salt 1 Tbsp olive oil 2 tsp INSTRUCTIONS: Dissolve salt in cold water in a glass container, and soak almonds in the salty water for 10 mins, rinse and dry slightly; Preheat oven to 300F, lay the almonds in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, bake for 10 mins; Drizzle olive oil and a pinch of salt over the almonds, mix them thoroughly until evenly coated; Back into the oven and bake for another 8 mins until almonds tuned slightly dark; Cool on a wire rack completely, and store in an air tight container. Another healthy and irresistible treat to the TV snack collection! ;)
