Roasted salty almonds


盐烤杏仁

INGREDIENTS:

almonds.  350g
water         250ml
salt            1 Tbsp
olive oil    2 tsp

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Dissolve salt in cold water in a glass container, and soak almonds in the salty water for 10 mins, rinse and dry slightly;
  2. Preheat oven to 300F, lay the almonds in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, bake for 10 mins;
  3. Drizzle olive oil and a pinch of salt over the almonds, mix them thoroughly until evenly coated;
  4. Back into the oven and bake for another 8 mins until almonds tuned slightly dark;
  5. Cool on a wire rack completely, and store in an air tight container.
